Shoe Storage
Anna- Shoessss everywhere right?I come back from work and really don't have the time to put my shoes in place.I have sooo many shoes that when it is time to party or attend a launch, i seem not to find the right shoes easily.
This is the problem Anna and most ladies have around the globe. Here you find tips on how to organize your shoes effectively; hope this helps a lot.You can also post comments on how you organize your shoes so we could learn too.
- Hanging on back of doors: This could really be funny but its a way to save space on the ground and yet keep tidy. You can purchase decorative moldings and hang on closet doors to make them look appealing.

2. Cubicles: Cubicles are also a wonderful way to store our shoes, they prevent shoes from rubbing against one another.Handmade or purchased ? doesn't matter .Place in the corner of a room to avoid taking too
much space.

3.Shoe Shelves: Not so creative yeah but helps you store more shoes than other options. Modify or adjust the shelves to create more compartments for incoming shoes.
Have fun guys while utilizing this methods, please feel free to post your comments and ideas.

What's Hot in Women's Shoes
From the essentials that should be in every woman's closet, to the top trends and latest styles, this is where you'll find the hottest women's shoes and tips on how to wear them.
Thick platforms might not look sexy But for 2012, they are.
I remember, several years ago, when all of us fashion writers acted as if platform shoes were a returning trend. Since they haven't gone anywhere, it's difficult to continue calling them a "trend," and yet, it still seems as if they're worth mentioning. I think it's because of how thick soles really accentuate some of the heel trends that come and go. For example, for spring 2012, platform soles are the perfect complement to the ultra-high, chunky heels; and the wedge heels mentioned above.
RED SHOES.... My favorite
One of the nicest things about red shoes is that they don't need high heels or fancy embellishments to have an impact. These lovely, simple slingback pumps from Franco Sarto feature patent uppers, 2.25" heels, a classic design.
Water-Damaged Shoes How to Save Your Shoes From Water Damage
Whether you get caught in a downpour or a three year old throws your favorite shoes
into a swimming pool, at some point your shoes will have water damage.
The important thing is to know how to save your shoes from water damage.
It can be done.
1. Cleaning the Insoles of Shoes Damaged by Water
The first thing you want to do when your shoes have water damage is to remove the soles (assuming your shoes have removable insoles). If you think they can take a spin in the washing machine then give it a shot, but if they're just wet, hang dry them in the laundry room. Never put them in the dryer though. We don't want any direct heat on any part of the shoes.2. Removing Dirt and Mud from Water-Damaged Shoes
The next thing you need to do is to remove any dirt or mud. Take a stiff brush and clean everything off of them. If it's mud, you might have to dab and then wipe them down with a rag first, and then really use the brush to get inside of the nooks and crannies. Especially where the leather meets the sole. That is a prime area that dirt and residue will gather.2. Removing Dirt and Mud from Water-Damaged Shoes

Care of leather shoes is not just about making your shoes look good, which would be reason enough to take care of them. It's also about preserving and adding to the life of your leather shoes.
Whether you spend a lot on your shoes, or don't have much to spend, taking care of your leather shoes makes sense.
In the case of designer, or more expensive shoes, look at it as though you're protecting your investment, or what could be a future collectible.
